Well that was fun. In my lecture 2 nights ago (part of my recurring role in Somerville, MA’s monthly Encyclopedia Show) I think I managed to say the name/phrase “Matthew Lillard” more times in a single 8 min chunk than anybody in recorded history. I consider that a badge of honor and wear it as such. It’s only right, Mr. Lillard is without doubt the criminally unacknowledged dean of American serial killer cinema and more people need to hear about it. I was happy to do what I can. I can’t say I bled for this show, but I did have to watch Ghoulies III: Ghoulies go to College, and that’s pretty damn close.
